On Monday, Governor Gina Raimondo signed into law Senate Bill 2350A and House Bill 7419A to prohibit the advertising and marketing of unhealthy foods and beverages on school property!

CA School Marketing Bill Signed by Jerry Brown

Assembly Bill 841 prohibits the marketing of unhealthy foods and beverages on school campuses during the school day, as defined by the USDA within the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010, and will impact over six million Californian students.
